1) As practice has shown, the team doesn't know who their coordinator will be until they get to know them better, and they aren't asked to choose. Later on, the team can't influence the coordinator in any way, especially if the captain is absent, and the team's opinion is not taken into account; the coordinator makes all the decisions based on the principle of "I DECIDED." (This has been proven in practice).
I hope that this was just a consequence of the 1st season, and in the future, teams will coordinate more effectively both internally and with each other.
