I request to be registered for the tournament, but only if:

1) The captains decide all issues themselves, and not the organizers with a
twisted mind!
2) Replacements for missing players will be resolved adequately
by replacement, and not as in the first round (one player carries for
two...).
3) Additional games in case of a tie in the group stage will be
conducted more objectively, and not in a best-of-one format, as in the
FINAL of the first tournament!
4) Participants ignoring games will be penalized with technical losses, without any leniency or attempts to give
time or award a result. Trying to arrange a game and announcing a specific time should also be
considered as ignoring.

Otherwise, decline!

1) All issues will be resolved by the coordinator, who will be chosen by the team.
2) The replacement procedure is described in the rules. Are you suggesting that a player from the reserve should be placed in the second tier, for example? (And this option is available, if necessary.)
3) 19 games were played in the final match. Do you want the teams to play 100 games?
4) They already receive technical losses if someone from their team doesn't replace them. If you can't agree with someone, there is the ODD procedure. Or you can inform the coordinator/captain of the opposing team.

DRAFT ALGORITHM will be the same as last year.
1. The host selects 10 lords - players from the 1st tier.
2. They are randomly assigned draft numbers.
3. The lords choose players from the 2nd tier in the order of their draft numbers - first the 1st draft number, then the 2nd draft number, and so on.
The lords choose players from the 3rd tier in reverse order - first the 10th draft number, then the 9th draft number, and so on.
Players from the 4th tier are chosen again in direct order, and so on.
4. If a lord is absent from the draft procedure, the host chooses a player from the 2nd tier for him (most likely simply based on ranking), and this player will make the subsequent selections.
Alternatively, the lord can leave a list with desired players in order of priority.
5. Instead of the next player, you can choose a Castle (starting Castle).
For example, if you choose a Castle instead of a player from the 3rd tier in the 3rd round of the draft, then a player will go into the 3rd tier, whom you will choose in the 4th round.

Unselected players will be on the bench.

During the period of May 15-16, the team rosters are coordinated.
Teams have 1 transfer available - it is allowed to change players from one tier. It is not allowed to change Castles.

After the team rosters are determined, the lords inform the host of the list of starting heroes of their Castle, which they reserve for their team.
One of the slots can be declared as a bastard - a hero from another Castle (Accordingly, by choosing a bastard, the team player will play for the Castle to which the chosen hero belongs). The lord cannot play as a bastard. You can also play without a bastard.

After receiving the lists of heroes from all lords, the selection of bastards begins. A bastard can be any hero who has not been reserved by other teams before.
