[Tournaments-HotA] Game of Thrones - 2

Please register me for the tournament. If it will be: 1) Captains decide all issues themselves, and not the organizers with a warped mind! 2) Replacements for missing players will be resolved adequately by providing a replacement, and not as in the first round (one player carries the team for two...). 3) Additional games in case of a tie in the group stage will be conducted more objectively, and not as a best-of-one match, as in the final of the first tournament! 4) Participants ignoring games will be penalized with technical losses, without any leniency or attempts to give extra time or award a result. Attempts to agree on a game and announce a specific time should also be considered as ignoring the game. Otherwise, please decline!
