I had absolutely no passage to the 6k entrance! The two-way monolith at the respawn didn't work, and in the adjacent zone, the one-way monolith only spat me back into the same zone)) There were also no roads from the computer. Effectively, the only entrance left for me was the 10k one, where my opponent was roaming. I managed to reclaim the former orange player, who had been taken earlier by the red player. And the only zone I could run to was the super-three-way (zone 19); luckily, according to the viewings, it was large, and a small hope appeared. I built the lookout tower as early as week 2 (Bishop started building a couple of days earlier, and Town Portal was there immediately), but I had no control. I made two rebuilds of 4th-level and two of 5th-level, then it simply made no sense to continue, because after the re-split I wouldn't be able to return to that super-three-way.
On day 132, my opponent takes the first Dragon Utopia — a level 2 with an Angel Feather Quill and Wings, right next to his own main. I got control (Speaker's Hat) on day 136, but could only use it on day 137. Before that, I took two more Dragon Utopias, but they had Boots of Resistance, Captain's Hat, and +5 All Stats. All Dragon Utopias in the game were small (levels 1-2). One turn earlier, my opponent had captured my Conflux town. On day 137, I reclaim Conflux and make a severe misclick, casting Dimension Door with a scout hero to transfer the army. Lost the timer and -60k gold to haul everything out. On day 142, I leave my opponent with 2 towns; his army is larger (thanks to 800+ skeletons), but he has half the stats and no prospects. But then my opponent takes his second Dragon Utopia — a level 3 near a village, and out pop a Cloak of the Undead King, +4 All Stats, and a Legs of the Legion with Shackles!))) In this game situation, this is the only Dragon Utopia that kept my opponent in the game. It's like winning an apartment in a lottery. Our stats became equal, although I had taken 7 Dragon Utopias. My opponent starts reclaiming villages and fortifies himself in his main. I check — there's a Cloak of the Undead King and Bracers of the Legion. I can't kill 800 skeletons with my army without magic; at that point I had about 40 Unicorns, a couple of Arch Devils, and a couple of Angels. Then a back-and-forth of taking towns from each other begins; at some point, I decided not to reclaim towns but to check the super-three-way, which, naturally, turned out to be empty. Due to this mistake, I lose a couple of my support heroes because the opponent, with Deesa, reached towns he shouldn't have been able to. I start making mistakes, spending a turn to gather Armor of the Damned in the hope that my opponent will camp with the Cloak of the Undead King, but that doesn't happen. There are no chances left, because in terms of map control, I can no longer catch up. I am attacked without the Cloak of the Undead King, and ultimately, a loss.
Thanks for the game!
