Changes to the rules starting with the letter G (Graal and Galtran).

I remember back in 2012, when I joined, the Grail could be found starting from level 211, but then that rule was abolished.

Does anyone from the AK remember the arguments for why this was done?
(besides the obvious, that Reddit was added to the AK, and he "convinced" them)
How exactly did he convince them?
