Changes to the rules starting with the letter G (Graal and Galtran).

The Grail can be built starting from the third week, but it can be built earlier if possible. If not, then it can only be built starting from the third week. This will still give the opportunity to return to the game in a bad situation and will not allow for full control by turn 115. Galtran with 1 stack, if possible. If not, I am against a ban; simply having 1 stack on Galtran would be good for game balance. Since the topic of hero stacks has come up: in HotA, I would make it so that all heroes start with 2 stacks – with 3, an imbalanced tempo often begins from the first week, which can happen when starting with Tyraxor or Dragon. For me, this is the biggest drawback of HotA, that the wildest tempo in most games begins already on the first day.
