Changes to the rules starting with the letter G (Graal and Galtran).

Graal should be completely banned until a proper, working anti-maphack is available (and only because of the lack of such a tool). If one ever appears, it should be unbanned. While Graal is banned, players should refrain from using obelisks.

Regarding Galtran, I have no opinion, as I don't know how to play with it. :smile43:
