Well, since we don't have our own territory yet, I wouldn't worry too much about external aggression (because that would also be aggression towards Celia. And if Celia falls, it won't really matter to us which cell we're in inside her, it'll be a disaster anyway).
I was actually referring to aggression towards Celia. But I wouldn't say that her fall will necessarily be a disaster for us. Some might turn a blind eye to the actions of mercenaries. (The Jarls and possibly Deicia with Jagensdorf). And we ourselves might help someone conquer their native lands. Especially if we see that Celia is losing the war. And Shinshekai, as a potential aggressor, is bad because they are unlikely to allow the presence of mercenaries (or any foreigners at all) on their "territory."
