Changes to the rules starting with the letter G (Graal and Galtran).

1. Since trading is the main focus in most games, red-rush should be removed entirely, and Galtran should stay, not only on Jebus.
2. The Grail is an interesting feature in the game, so let it remain; those who can't use it like Reddy can just be envious.
