Not at all, unless the master specifically designed them in a unique way.

Should I look for a puppeteer to restore them? Or can they restore each other with an extraordinary companion?

Anyone can restore them. Initially, I thought about implementing this through a perk, but then I decided that puppet players would become too dependent on other players' characters because of it.
