Basically, I tried to write a code of conduct for our order. But instead of a proper code, it turned out to be something on the level of an MMO clan run by a thirteen-year-old edgelord.
We are not monsters. We do not harm civilians unless it is necessary for the effective completion of the mission. And even in such cases, we try to minimize collateral damage. We are guided by cold reason, not emotions. The successful completion of the mission is our highest priority. We carefully consider the consequences of our actions. Before making an important decision, it is worth weighing all the pros and cons. We must be prepared for anything. Even if everything goes completely wrong, the battlefield is no place for panic. Even in such situations, it is necessary to remain calm and act according to the situation. We do not make empty promises and expect the same from our employers. Breaking promises by either party is unacceptable. We may lie to others if it is necessary to achieve our goal, but we never lie to our fellow members of the order.
I would be glad to hear your opinions and suggestions for improvements/corrections. After all, it is you who will have to abide by this code.
