Should we develop the order?

I think so, I don't see any better options right now.

Leadership for my character?

Yes.

What are the order's ideas?

It depends primarily on the concept of the leader character.

Goals?

It depends on the leader. First, we need to decide whether the order is dependent on Yagensdorf or other countries and will primarily follow their interests, or whether it is a completely independent organization.
