CIS-2018 in Chisinau.

Congratulations on the victory, Reddy! But for me, dave_hun remained the winner. The game's layout was clearly not on his side — minimum Dragon Utopia and one-//cons with a terrible set of artifacts dropped. Reddy had everything exactly the opposite — large cons and decent Dragon Utopia. Despite all this, who would take the victory in FB was own question! If the layout had been slightly better or if at least Chain Lightning had hit in FB, we'd be congratulating Dave) But a game is a game! Thanks to all the participants and organizers of this tournament!
