I can't find the third Rune Shrine in the second mission, "In Search of Change." I found the first shrine near the Dwarf town in the dungeon, with the entrance located near the starting town. The second shrine is near the Dwarf town on the island in the northwest of the map. There is no shrine near the third Dwarf town in the northeast of the map. I have no idea where to look for it.
