Which level of magic do you use the most (Heroes of Might and Magic III)?

Why do so many people have a negative attitude towards spells of level 3? Personally, I think they are the most practical, after, of course, the same slowing spell, for example. In general, combining level 3 and level 1 spells in a battle against superior enemy forces, specifically archers – using the "Forgetfulness" spell – usually leads to excellent results, or at least to victory, whereas without it, victory would probably not have been possible.
