Lord Haart and his undead are quite easily defeated by a hundred Archdevils. It's important to drain his mana as quickly as possible (for this, use ghosts, Pegasus, and Imps in battle).

Here's a small note. Imps don't drain mana from the enemy. They simply transfer a portion of the enemy's spent mana to our hero. But their ability doesn't affect the amount of mana the opponent spends.
