It's all the same as usual. A certain number of stats, a certain number of skills + origin/belief/perk. But it would be best if you decided in advance what kind of organization your characters will be a part of.

No, they can't be here. The only option was to get the corresponding result when playing dice with Alfar (adventure), but it's more of a pleasant (?) surprise.
