A controversial hero. He doesn't excel as a warrior due to his very low attack stat, and his meager mana pool prevents him from being a good spellcaster. His average defense suggests that the hero is valuable in defense. If you examine his abilities and spells, you can find a use for Orson exclusively against power-based heroes. A set of weakening spells, when used correctly, will turn the enemy army into a mixed bag, and the "grave cold" ability will damage them every time they dare to attack the undead. Against a mage hero, Orson is useless; he won't be able to destroy the enemy before they lay his army to rest with their meteor showers. The ballista in Orson's army is just for show; he doesn't know how to use it effectively. Note that the undead are not affected by morale, so don't count on a repeat turn; luck is also at zero, so forget about lucky hits.
Conclusion: He is used exclusively against warriors, and even then, not against all of them, and the probability of realizing the potential of curses is very low.
