Bad roads, but mines nearby in the adjacent zone and a free passage to the Conflux town + 2 Necromancers at the start. By the end of week 2, with the Imp scroll I take a level 3 Dragon Utopia. There's a hat. Then a couple more Dragon Utopias with resources. I spent a long time rebuilding Town Portal and leveling up the Saps, but that didn't stop me from grabbing almost all the castles, building Archangels, and finishing off the poor Tazik, who never found Dimension Door.
