I apologize in advance to the tournament participants for the delay in publishing the final tournament rules and other essential information. Denis, aka dexterwar (chudo_udo), who is a judge, has not yet contacted me as agreed to discuss the rules. Let's hope that, at worst, the tournament will start on April 30, 2018.
