I immediately wanted to divide them among the players. I'm not sure if it makes much sense to give them to the non-player characters. Only Falish has decent base accuracy, but he's a mage, and he doesn't really need grenades. And they probably won't even want them much, except for Agam. But he's as crooked as a devil.
