Generally, every time I transition from summer to autumn and from winter to spring, I get sciatica – my lower back hurts for two or three weeks. This spring, it lasted about two weeks. And towards the end, when I woke up in the middle of the night, it seemed like it was so bad that I would have to call an ambulance and be taken to the hospital right away. I really couldn't even turn over on my side. Any movement in my lower back was just awful. I was glad it was Friday night going into Saturday. I didn't understand how I would get out of bed, for example, to go to the bathroom. What should I do? Then somehow, I managed to get up, and then somehow I managed to lie down again. The second time, I thought I wouldn't be able to get up, but again, somehow I managed to slide off the bed and stand up. I could still stand, walk, and sit more or less, so I decided not to lie down anymore. And then, by the evening, it was getting better and better. In the evening, I was already able to lie down in bed relatively normally. The next day, it was almost gone. And then it completely disappeared. Then, during the transition from winter to spring and from summer to autumn, I sometimes get rheumatism. Recently, it affected my right hand for a day. And now, my left knee has swollen, so my left leg has become longer than my right. I can still walk normally, but it's hard to sit, and squatting is very painful. But it's already better now. I hope it will be completely gone by the May holidays.
