There is a boss and there are subordinates. Even if the subordinates want to "go to another leader," they can do so in words, but in reality, it's only on the boss's terms.
And God forbid they do something that the boss doesn't like – they face the threat of "eternal damnation," "excommunication from the church," and so on.
Politicians are politicians. They turn everything into a problem.
Either it's my way, or it's eternal war – that's a fitting image, especially for tournaments in Heroes, which are supposed to be for fun.
