Rebuys are only allowed once every 4 hours, transfers from players are prohibited, and support refused to let me top up my account. In the end, I found a way to register for a tournament – by buying 500,000 chips for 200 rubles in the PS Sochi app. It was a total mess. Thanks to everyone for the game!
