And "healthy" groups where money and power are involved are more of an exception or exist in small groups. And even such exceptions will quickly fall apart or lose a significant number of their members if the person who "happened to take the top spot in the formal hierarchy" starts making decisions based solely on their own understanding, disregarding the opinions of the other participants during the execution of, for example, a contract. Or do you think that everyone will accept what they signed up for, such as a specific salary and a certain number of hours per week for that salary, and then the boss decides to cut the salary in half and double the number of hours?
