I apologize, when I applied to participate in the tournament, I didn't notice the clause about "not letting your team down."

A team tournament primarily implies this.

The tournament initially had a flexible system for substituting players; I don't see any problem for the team or other participants that my slot was played by substitutes. I applied to participate, taking into account that I wouldn't be able to play all the games in the summer; the regulations allowed for this.

Of course, substitutions are possible, but they are undesirable. This increases the workload on other players. Moreover, several people might be absent.
If you knew in advance that you might not be able to play your games, perhaps you should have informed the organizers about this? And even better, write in the thread so that the captains can take this into account.

This year, do you have the opportunity to play within the timeframe?
