I also spent a lot of time on this mission. Neither in the treasure chamber nor in the pyramid did they give me any spells at the beginning. And all guilds had the same thing. And in the 5th mission, it's difficult to defeat Godric, who is pumped up to the max, without a Phoenix and all the dark spells. In the 4th mission, there's nowhere to get spells.
