[Tournaments-HotA] Game of Thrones - 2

Question: Why can't this tournament be held simultaneously for both SOD and HOTA versions (not in separate branches like Blitz Jebus)?
Even in the online HL, although it is stated that the game is played on the SOD version, players agree and play on the HOTA version.

It has always been normal practice to allow players to play on any version by mutual agreement. I don't think it's necessary to impose this on the participants.

I understand that in games with a team that starts at the Cove, it will still have to be played on the HOTA version.
But still, the list of participants is currently only 25 people, and in the first tournament, there were 60. I think that by changing the rules slightly, this tournament would attract more people who want to participate. I would definitely sign up and install HOTA, but with the hope that I could play some games on the SOD version.
