Which units in the Dungeon castle do you dislike the most (based on their appearance)?

I voted against all of them. They're all some kind of creeps. I understand that they're supposed to be that way, but couldn't the developers have added a couple of elegant villains, like the efreet and the creature of evil from part 3?
