Maybe I'm posting in the wrong section, but you were discussing templates, and I have a question. There's a pool of templates on Anarchy, ranging from Panic to Jebus. Couldn't they be divided into at least two categories? For example, I don't like the "noob" templates at all, but I do like the idea of Anarchy itself.
