And the high mountains are in the southwest, this is visible geographically. And I recently looked at this picture. It shows almost the entire mountain. And it is quite possible that the Castle and the buildings around it stand on the mountain (which also floats, because you land in that place in the desert where there are practically no mountains at all), since, for example, the other buildings float. For example, the Labyrinth of Mist or the houses of the advisors. So Celesta is still floating in the clouds.
