I don't think this episode is even worth discussing, as everything seems obvious to me.
I simply suggest that everyone who has already signed up, or who is planning to sign up, should think about this episode and formulate their opinion about it before the tournament begins.
Of course, it's more complicated than deciding whether or not to go to the "elections," but there is still time.
