Besides, what's the point of deliberately lowering the level of the participant pool just to strictly adhere to the tournament regulations?

I sometimes look at what's happening in neighboring tournaments and realize that many players interpret the regulations quite freely, not only in my tournaments but also in the tournaments of other leading organizers. Moreover, the list of these "freely interpreting" players is quite stable.

Therefore, I think it would be useful to add some formalism. Otherwise, some manage not even to read the rules of the tournaments they register for :).

Regarding Mirror-Jeb, the registration deadline was set as early as 2 months before it, so anyone who didn't make it can only blame themselves.

Specifically in the case of Faer, I agreed to make an exception and let him go straight to the 2nd round, but only in the losers' bracket (it would be too much to put him in the winners' bracket), and only if someone drops out/withdraws there. I can't do anything more, sorry.
