Please outline the acceptable scope for discussions and for expressing one's opinion regarding the tournament rules. Also, clarify here — what was the decision regarding the FTS and why was it made?

Regarding the FTS — in my understanding, a player who signs up for a tournament declares their desire to compete for victory within the tournament rules.

Vanya has already shown several times that publicly displaying his political stance is more important to him than the sporting result.
