How many people are currently using the lobby?

Currently, just over 5,000 unique users are registered in the SoD lobby.
Approximately 1,500 people visit the lobby regularly.
Approximately 1,000 people have played at least one ranked game.
Approximately 200 people play regularly.
Very active players: 35-75 people.
How many people will agree to use the lobby for a fee is a big question. I hope the built-in poll will at least clarify the situation.

(I can play 2-3 games a month) and, as asked above, what about people like me...? I want to use this service, even if it's paid, but not fully. For example, I would like to have access packages for a day... that would be very convenient for those who don't play often!

I can't accept small amounts. For example, with $3.33, the payment system will take $0.46 in commission, and then convert the remaining amount to rubles at a predatory exchange rate. Things are better with ruble payments, but even with a payment of, for example, 10 rubles, I will receive 0 rubles.
In general, a monthly subscription is the most common and standard system for online services, especially games. Alternatives are too cumbersome for me.

Some people really play 1-3 games a month, so let there be a fixed price per game for them, and those who play several games every day will be subscribers. It's that simple!

I can't charge per game because the server doesn't keep statistics on games; it doesn't distinguish between a game in progress or completed. That is, in the event of a restart with a color change or, God forbid, a crash, should I charge again?

If the lobby starts working on a permanent basis and brings in at least 15,000 rubles, I will definitely implement game statistics: who with whom, on which map, for which faction, who is the starting hero, who is the father, ... In general, everything as it should be. Then I can create a fairly reliable and accurate rating.

I am seriously considering a paid lobby for HotA (especially if SoD doesn't take off). Perhaps it will be $3-4 per year for everyone. Perhaps there will be a free subscription with limitations and a paid premium with bonuses. This will become clear closer to autumn.
I am stating this for the first time. I feel there will be a lot of indignation and dissatisfaction, especially from the HotA crowd...
