I have a question: are there any restrictions for citizens of the Russian Federation regarding the entry of minor children into Moldova when accompanied by one of the parents? If "YES", what documents are required, in addition to the child's birth certificate? When leaving Russia, there are no such restrictions now (previously, it was necessary to have a notarized consent from the other parent). I tried to ask this question at the Moldovan consulate in Moscow throughout the day, but it was impossible to get through... Thank you in advance.
