Seriously, set up a poll on who will be a permanent subscriber, and you'll see what your monthly amount will be, more or less.
And for those who don't want to be subscribers, a one-time payment can be made; if a player wants to play a match with OH - let them pay. If they don't - well, nobody is forcing them! Some people actually play 1-3 matches a month, so for them, let there be a fixed price per match; some play several every day, those will be the subscribers. It's all just simple, damn it!
