Well, the HW rating is not the same thing at all, and besides, it doesn't matter outside of HW.

I am subtly, but persistently, hinting that this deeply flawed practice (ignoring an already working tool - the HW rating, including by inventing new solutions, including solutions that are unclear who and how will implement) makes no sense. :rolleyes:
