When will the payment start?

I will be ready to launch the paid mode on April 23, but I will most likely wait until the end of the CIS region's participation.

Will it be a subscription?

Almost. Technically, you will be buying N days of access to use the lobby with the Overlord Hero. At the start, it will be a purchase of 30 days. If I decide not to close the project, then there will be a purchase of 365 days at a reduced price.

What is the difference between the paid and free lobby?

There is no difference between today's free lobby and the future paid one.

What will happen to those who don't want to pay?

They will not be able to play through the lobby and, accordingly, with the Overlord Hero.
Most likely, those who don't pay will have access to the General chat in the lobby, a list of games and players, but will not have access to private chat and will not be able to create a game or join a created one.

Depending on the amount of money collected in the first couple of months, I will either close the lobby completely, or I will continue to operate it as is, or I will develop it further.

And most importantly, what amount is needed per month so that Baratorch doesn't close the project?

I don't know for sure yet, I haven't decided. But probably it's at least 15,000 rubles per month. I am even more concerned about the number of players who are willing to pay. Because if there are few of them, they themselves will have no one to play with, and accordingly, there will not be much point in this lobby.
