From the very beginning, I took the path of gathering resources - ended up with 131 units of sulfur and 10..15 of everything else, 8xm12 turned out to be poor. 117 - external dwelling of unicorns, 121 - Dragon Fly Hive and shield +6, 123 - Griffin Conservatory-3, 124 - another Dragon Fly Hive. At this point, I could have gone at the opponent through wasteland, but the lack of any magic and the opponent's opposing direction held me back; going to him through wasteland would have taken about 4 days; I foresaw a ton of hit-and-runs, Solmyr in the Castle, and the main hero far away in the treasury (postmortem revealed that at 131 the opponent had 5 Nagas, 2 Wyverns, 3 Wonders, no magic above Lightning Bolt, but a bunch of leveled-up mages), although that was the only chance. Then I ran around Utopias; from 3 of them I got +3 all stats. At this point, the gold mine was completely depleted - it had been insufficient since 111; destitution and no building construction; I have 10 Zombies, which the 2nd main hero with Leadership could use; a swap, mixed up the heroes, and losing a day is unforgivable; I surrendered.
