KillAndAction

I plan to open registration for a tournament based on the "Art of Strategy-2" tournament format in the coming days.
Let me know who wants to play on the original game, and I'll try to come up with appropriate changes to the rules.

Is it possible to specify that the opponents in the mod are determined by mutual agreement?
