I'm talking about 168 rubles/month (which is about $35/year; for example, 168 rubles/month is slightly less than $35/year, 170 rubles/month is slightly more).
Regardless of the currency, the difference is so insignificant that it piqued my curiosity as to why the number wasn't rounded.
