Shadowverse

I had a fun match today. My opponent was playing Aggro Blood, and I was playing Aggro Mechs. They went second. They completely crushed me in the first few turns. But then, on the evolution turns, I suddenly turned the tables, cleared their entire board, and instead of just going for a quick win, I took the time to trade effectively. I brought them down to their topdecks and finished them off calmly. I didn't even know that was possible.
In another match, the same thing happened – I was playing Aggro Mechs, and my opponent was playing Aggro Blood. They brought me down to 3 health and filled the board with all sorts of junk. I drew a Centaur. I was already about to concede, but then I thought, "No, they can't beat me in one turn. There's nowhere to put a unit, and they'll just kill themselves with spells." So, I skipped my turn. They attacked my face. I prayed. I drew Rune of the Apprentice. I cast it, and a single Yulga popped out of my deck. I was stunned, and then I remembered the Centaur. In the end, the topdecks decided the game.
Although control matchups are more epic.
By the way, I'm really happy with Fenrir in unlimited control Blood. It's an easy 3-for-1 against board floods, and there aren't many competitors for the 6-mana slot.
I need to create a control Blood deck for the current rotation, but I just haven't had the time. I'm disappointed that I didn't get many legendaries, so I'm waiting for the meta to stabilize and continuing to dominate in unlimited.
