Problem with launching the game.

I have a similar problem - it used to launch normally, but now it doesn't launch and doesn't display any messages, but it turns out it does launch... AFTER 10 MINUTES!!!

I also sometimes have to stare at the starting screen for a long time if I forget to disable the McAfee antivirus before launching the game. It's not 10 minutes, but it will definitely take 4-5 minutes.
