Yes, I won't argue that it's useful and not weak. But IMHO, it's somehow clumsy, crude, and not well-thought-out... How can a swordsman just decide to retrain (get a haircut) into a monk, and then, when necessary, pick up a sword again and, becoming a knight, immediately forget about magic and follow the path of the sword?? In my opinion, if it's going to be done, it should be like this:
A peasant can choose to become an archer, swordsman, or monk
A swordsman or archer can become a knight
A monk can become an angel (as an absolutely enlightened, spiritually advanced being).
