Hey dear friend! :) The visuals aren't glitchy at all! :) Heroes actually runs fine on it, that's a fact. :) And yes, DirectX 10 support is REQUIRED for Vista. :)
P.S. Although it's already known that DirectX 10 doesn't work and isn't officially supported by Vista. ;)
P.P.S. And finally: both the original game and Tribes of the East run normally on Vista - I'm proof of that. :)
