There are quite a few similar ways to cheat, especially with the default rules :). However, people still manage to play the game...

I also wanted to say that, for example, it seems to me that it would be possible to add at least Necropolises to Inferno and Barbarian lands. I haven't done this myself and don't plan to, but it seems possible to subtly change the map generation in this way.
Also, I've noticed that many things influence it, and I think the edition (3.2 / 4.0) is one of them. I see a solution in this: only a server that generates maps for players, a single server for the portal, with uniform generation settings.

I also wanted to write this, but I didn't. I really don't want to argue, especially with Al Feyn. I saw the issue with Caliban differently.
