The host, if they decide to cheat, takes the text file of the desired template (for example, 8xm12a), replaces the names in the text file and within the template with "Only XL."
And confidently plays with 8xm12a while the opponent sees the name "Only XL."

I haven't even checked if I'm wrong. But it looks logical and obvious. I understood Caliban this way; I think that's exactly what he meant.

I tried it, and it looks suspicious. The first time I opened the text files, it took me 1 minute.

So, yes, both will see that the template is onlyXL, but the difference is that the host can choose which template to play and will know this template even before generation. And the opponent will have to guess during the game. It seems to me that this gives a huge advantage even before the start of the game, during the negotiations.

I don't know if it's possible to check by the seed whether the generation was fair or like this, but in any case, I ask the organizers to clarify these points as soon as possible, before the matches start.
