Here's an example. Before the start of the Redbeard tournament, Skype started glitching on both my laptop and computer: I couldn't log into my account, and it said they suspected it wasn't me. I had to go through some surveys 5-6 times. In the end, I didn't get access to my account, and they wouldn't let me create a new one. Therefore, I couldn't communicate normally with Remix, almost to the point of mutual resentment. I installed Discord as the most convenient option for him. I liked the program, and our communication became normal. Then, my computer broke down (the video card and power supply burned out, and 3 fans were destroyed). I started playing in the tournament on my laptop, but after the first game, during the second game, the laptop also broke down (the hard drive died). WhatsApp was the only way to contact Gen, as I couldn't install anything other than Heroes, HoMM, and GR on the second laptop. This prevented me from continuing in the Redbeard tournament.
In conclusion, I think we need to list all the communication methods available and convenient for each participant in the next tournament.
