I would remove the game mode with 3 players in FFA. There should be a one-on-one mode; otherwise, various negative insinuations are possible, for example, regarding one of the three players...
In the future, we plan to implement a rating system. This in itself should resolve most situations. FFA with three players in your case would require 3 additional games, which would take a very long time to organize.
